A theatrical production that extremely has taken the city of London by storm over the last few years is the marvellous Wicked. Based upon the acclaimed Wizard of Oz novel, Wicked flips the original tale on its head and tells the background of the two good and bad witches and how they became friends. Stuffed full of marvellous show songs and a witty script, the musical Wicked has won multiple awards and gained the hearts of multiple tourists and London residents.

For those that savour a theatre show that they can really clap and tap away to must see Stomp. Stomp is marvellous and full of energy. It 1st began back in the 1980s as a very little show in Brighton and grew larger year after year until it hit global success. Through out the theatrical production you will notice the Stomp cast playing normal items to create a musical masterpiece, items include cutlery and kitchen sinks. Although this is a musical, there is actually zero singing or script, all the same you should quickly get the feel of the theatre show characters through music. Recently adapted in the last year to a stage version, the fantastic Shawshank Redemption has arrived in theatres in London. The show tells the tale of Andy arriving at an American prison after being sentenced of brutally murdering his wife after she cheated on him. As a well educated man, he is a far cry from the standard prisoners and offers to help a guard with his accounts situation. With this prison warden on his side he becomes the prison wardens accountant. The live theatre version has a very raw feeling and feels remarkably real to the captivated theatre lovers. The fighting scenes are fantastic, the set is very realistic and the acting is also tremendous.
